To be eligible for a return , your item must be unused , unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

IT IS AGAINST FEDERAL LAW TO RE-SELL USED HAIR, SO WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY HAIR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE LEFT THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR THAT LOOK WORN OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY.

Your item must have original receipt or proof of purchase for return.

You must email Marthasbestbundles@gmail.com with photo proof of an error made within 48 hours on behalf of Martha’s Best Bundles and we will proceed with next steps.

No returns on samples or custom items.
